Thank you for shopping with P.A.M. Girls, LLC.  We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier; however, we will occasionally utilize UPS.  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches, etc), processing times may be extended by an additional 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS (or UPS) for further information, as we unfortunately, are not responsible for your package once it is in possession of the shipping provider. It is the responsibility of USPS (or UPS) to ensure your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
